We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where pricing or product information has been displayed incorrectly.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include shipping fees, taxes, customs duties or import charges.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

In addition:

• If a customer believes Docksy does not fit their cup holder despite their holder being within the stated supported diameter range of 80mm–93mm, we will review the issue and may offer a refund at our discretion.

• If the product breaks during normal use within 3 months of delivery, we will review the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.

Customers must contact us before returning any item.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website including logos, branding, text, graphics, videos, renders, product names and designs are the intellectual property of Docksy and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
