We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned with proof of purchase.
Docksy Fit Guarantee
Docksy is designed to fit cup holders with an opening diameter between 89 mm and 93 mm.
If your cup holder falls within this range and you believe Docksy does not fit correctly, please contact us and we will happily arrange a refund.
3-Month Product Warranty
If your Docksy product breaks during normal intended use within 3 months of purchase, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or accidental damage.
Damaged / Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
